- This function allows the technicians to change the status of the item after it is tested. The Service Note must go through the Technical Testing before a RMA can be created.
- Enter SRV Number and select a Technician.
- The 4 procedures are available under the Action field:
- CREATED
- RECEIVED_BY_RMA
- VERIFICATION
- TESTED
- Each time the users change the Status of the item, users have to click 'Confirm and Save'.
- Note that only item with the Status TESTED can Create RMA.
