Stock Balance Report | Stock Purchase Report
| Stock Balance Report (Group by Category) This report displays any PC Center and the associated locations of
stock available in the respective places. Additionally, the report also
shows average cost, last cost, replacement cost, item average cost,
item last cost and item replacement cost. | Stock Purchase Report Similar to stock sales report, stock purchase report display the
detailed purchases and purchase returns. This report is especially
useful in analyzing the trend of the stock prices. When a purchase is
done on a specific item higher than its average cost, the report use
green color to show that the price is rising, or that specific purchase
is higher than normal (investigation may be needed). On the other hand,
if the purchase is lower than the average cost, the system will show it
as red color. For volatile stock prices, this report could be useful
for merchandisers to adjust the selling price of the stock accordingly. | Stock Balance by Location and Category Report This report shows the stock balance quantity at a specific location.
Users could filter by category, and the costing is based on current
average cost. | Stock Purchase with PO Details Report For some user companies, the procedure before purchasing from supplier
is to issue Purchase Order (PO). Hence, this reports makes it easier
for users to tie the PO with GRN and the detailed information of the PO.
| Stock Balance by Location Report To check which items being in which Category, this report lists all the item codes and their quantity balance. Also, this report enable users to print in various formats :
- Show Serial Numbers
- Print for Stock Count
- Print without Category, EAN, Zero Qty
| Trade-In Report This is just a simple report displaying all trade-in transactions done
based on locations. It shows the items sold and the related Credit
Memos from created upon the trade-in. | Stock Balance Pricing Report With the use of filters, this
report is able to extract information concerning the price of items and
quantity available in stock. The prices include list, sales, discount
and minimum prices entered when the item code was created. The filters
provided helps users view only selected items according to location,
category, status and quantity balance. | Purchase Return Details Report This is a simple report showing all the purchase returns within the selected filters. It shows all the PR PKID and from which GRN it was from, individual item codes, quantity and price. Take note that the purchase return prices are taken into account in Average Costing.
| Historical Stock Balance Report Historical stock balance report display the stock balance quantity as
of any date at a specific point in time in the past. Please note that
the cost of stock display is based on current cost (not the average
cost at that point of time), because it would require too much
re-calculation or too much storage to take a snap shop of every item in
every location. Hence, it is important to note that for audit
or record purposes, it is important for the users to generate the stock
balance report on the day of closing for a specific financial period. Sometimes, if negative quantity is detected, this could be caused by the back dated transactions. | Other Reports | Stock Balance Summary Group by Extended Category This is a normal stock balance report, users could group the products or items by extended category for easy viewing.
| Stock Aging Report Stock Aging Report shows the break down of the stock balance base on
the number of days the stock has been purchased. System uses first in
first out method, multiply by the purchase cost to display the balance
quantity and total amount of the stock in each of the basket. | Stock Balance with Stock Sales Analysis This report associates the stock balance with sales. Whenever there is
a sale, the stock will be deducted from the balance. Knowing all the
stocks available in every locations can help the users in performing
inter-company stock transfer. | Item Code Stock Movement Report This report provides user an overall summary of all stock movement
within a specific period of time. With this report, users could look at
all purchases, purchase returns, sales, sales returns, stock transfer
in / out, cost of goods etc item by item. | Stock Balance Report by Store Sorted by Sub Location This
report shows the balance stock quantity for every sub location. This
report is useful when user wants to do a stock transfer. User will able
to know which sub location has the more balance quantity for a
respective item so that a stock transfer can be done. | Stock Adjustment by Reset Moving Average When requesting for the management to pay for supplier invoices, very
often, the management would like to see the sales of goods, for various
reasons.
- Adjust according to the market price
- Price protection from the principals
- Convert marketing funds from the principal to reduce the stock cost
- Incorporate special supplier rebate into stock pricing
- Capitalize import duties, taxes and other transportation charges to increase the stock cost.
| Stock Sales Report
| Item Stock Listing by Category This report enables the the user to view the particular items in
different categories (eg. Level 1-5). The item names, codes, EAN Codes
and quantities will be displayed here. | Stock Sales Report (Summary) This report could be used to generate each and every detail sales
records drill down to the item level. As the report is by default
sorted by item code, users would be able to compare the selling price
and margin for each of the product by different salesman, and
time/date. This report include all sales and sales return. The flexible filters above to filter by salesman, product code, date
range makes it useful for the report to answer questions such as: - How much gross profit does salesman A make in a month, and details of every product sold.
- I would like to know the gross profit we made in selling product ABC for the last 6 months
Limitations:-
Since the gross profit is calculated based on per item basis, audit to
check for selling below cost for certain products or by certain
salesman could not be effective if invoicing or cash bills are created
based on package price. | Stock Movement Details by GRN Report This report is concentrated on one GRN at a time. The PKID is entered
and the detailed information of the GRN is shown - item code, price,
quantity, related supplier invoice and most importantly, the stock
movement. The stock movement is shown by any stock-in or stock-out
transactions with the related documents (GRN, invoice, sales return,
stock transfer). | | Stock Value by Level Report Level is referred to the Grouping Level 1-5, of how the items are clustered into. This report allows users to check the quantity and stock value in each Location (where the inventory is placed). The values are calculated up to the date of when the report us generated.
| | GRN, Purchase Return and Trade-In Listing Basically, this report is quite similar to a Stock Movement report, where in shows the IN and OUT of stock, together with the amount.

- PR - OUT
- CM (Trade In) - IN
However, it does not display by item code. It shows individual documents. Hence, to check the stock movement for each item code, please see Stock Movement.
| | Price Movement History Report This report is extremely useful when users want to check the costing of certain item codes. If Reset MA, Stock Adjustment or GRN are done, the cost of an item will change. This is due to the reason where users enter s different cost price in GRN, Stock Adjustment or Reset cost price in Reset MA.
