To search for existing customers in the system, you may use Search Customers to do a basic find on the customers' details.

• Customer > Query / Reports > Customer Search
• Firstly, Sort By (display the report according to):
• Customer Name
• Customer Code
• Customer PKID
• Enter a Search Criteria / keyword.
• Check the box 'Show Code' to include the Customer Codes in the report.
• Finally, click 'Search'.
• The report shows:
• Customer PKID
• Code - Can be edited by users
• Dealer Type - Personal / Corporate
• Name
• Address
• Telephone number
• Salesman name
• Credit limit
• Credit terms
• View Transactions 
  
• Click 'View AR' to view Account Receivable Transactions Details.
• Click 'Edit' to Edit Customer Account.
