• Customer > Query / Reports > Search Contact Person
• Perform a fuzzy search by entering a name.
• There are a couple of filter criteria. Check 'Motnth of Birth' or 'Ethnic' and select the options from the list.
• Then, click 'Search'.
• The Contact Listing appears:
• Name
• Gender
• Date of Birth
• Ethnic
• Contact number
• Address
• Other Details:
  
• Member card no. - Click the number to edit the member card.
  
• Email address
• Click 'Print Contact List' to print.
• Click 'Print Promotion Letters' to print a letter to the contact from the list. The template letter above is prepared in a format for the letter.
