Stock with Supplier

• Select a Type of Date and enter date range.
• Select a Branch.
• Filters:
• RMA Type - Internal / External Stock
• Resolution
• Technician name
• Sorted By
• Click 'Get Listing'.
• OR Search:
• Enter keyword, date range and click 'Search'.

Stock with Supplier (Exceed 30 Days)

This report is quite similar to an Aging Report. It shows all the RMAs still at the possession of the Supplier. When using this report, users will be able to identify which RMAs have exceeded a certain time of period. It will be better if the goods are returned as fast as possible.

• Enter a 'Duration of Days' which users want to view. Eg. 30 days. Then click 'Search'.
  
• The report displays:
• RMA no.
• SVC no. - Click to view SRV
  
• Quantity
• Item Code
• Name of Item
• Problem
• Resolution
• SVC Date
• Return to Supplier Date - Eg. The current date 2009.02.27 has exceeded 30 days from 2008.11.24.
  
• Status - The goods are still with the supplier.
