- Customer Loyalty > Member Card > Replace
- Users need to replace customer's member card when:
- customer lost the card
- the card is spoiled or not functioning
- Enter the member card number, click 'Retrieve Card Details'.
- If users do not have the card number, click 'Search Customer' to retrieve the card by customer name.
- Enter the customer name into the fuzzy search box. Click 'Search'.
- Select the customer by clicking on the account Name or card number.
- The information of the member card will appear. The page is similar to the Create Member Card page.
- After filling in the necessary details, click 'Replace'.
