Replace Member Card[MIGRATED]

  • Customer Loyalty > Member Card > Replace
  • Users need to replace customer's member card when:
    • customer lost the card
    • the card is spoiled or not functioning
  • Enter the member card number, click 'Retrieve Card Details'.

  • If users do not have the card number, click 'Search Customer' to retrieve the card by customer name.
  • Enter the customer name into the fuzzy search box. Click 'Search'.
  • Select the customer by clicking on the account Name or card number.

  • The information of the member card will appear. The page is similar to the Create Member Card page.
  • After filling in the necessary details, click 'Replace'.
