- Sales Force > Sales Inquiry > Product Inquiry Listing
- This function records the list of customers' product inquiries.
- You can select whether to view listing on the Inquiry Date, Respond Before Date or Delivery Date.
- Enter the Date Range.
- Click on 'Submit'.
- The Product Inquiry Listing will appear at the bottom.
- Under the Action Field, there are 2 options:
- Edit - direct the user to the Edit Product Inquiry page
- View - view on details of the inquiry, for example customer name, product name, description etc
