We need to configure the printers, be it the point of sales printer, receipt printer, invoice printer etc, most of the times the page size may be different from one printer to the other printer. In order for the printed document to fit nicely, please follow steps below if you are using  Microsoft Windows operating system. This configuration is especially important if you are using non-A4 size printing (US Letter, half page cashbill or invoice etc).

1. Go to Printers & Faxes
2. Go to File -> Server Properties
3. Create a new form. Here you can give a new name to the form and specify and width and lenght
4. Go to printer driver, select the newly created form as the paper size.
