- This function is used to process orders that need to be delivered to locations within Malaysia but out of Klang Valley. For example, an order is received in Petaling Jaya but need to be delivered to Penang. User will process the order through this page, then send the order form to station in Penang. The station in Penang will do the delivery.
- Enter the sales order number, click 'Set SO'.
- Fill in the required details and click 'Set Details'.
- There are 2 ways to add item:
- Add Item - add any item that is available in the Inventory
- Add
Ordered Item - only items that are ordered by the customer will appear
on the list, usually this function is used as it saves the user time
- User can edit or delete the items under the Actions field.
- Click 'Confirm and Save' to process the order.
