This function is somewhat similar to Monitor Outstanding Documents except that it shows the any post-dated cheques issued by the customer to settle the invoices. Post-dated cheque is a cheque with a future date entered, which cannot be cashed until that date is reached.

• Customer > Tasks > Monitor Outstanding PDC Documents
• For step-by-step guide and further information, please refer Monitor Outstanding Documents.
• The only difference is the cheques or credit memo issued for that particular invoice will appear at the bottom of each transaction.
• Click on the CM or Rct number to view the document.
• Notice the dates of the  documents are dated after the invoice date. The dates (in blue box) are dated ahead of the invoice dates as the cheques can only be cleared at that time.
