- Control Panel -> Sys Admin -> File Cabinet -> File Manager.

Add File: Sample file formats look something like resource_zh.xml (for Chinese) and resource_ja.xml (for Japanese).

Document Type: Be sure to set this to resource_bundle.

** NOTE **
If an older version of a language resource file has been added before under the same language, a server restart will be required to apply the changes in the newly added resource file.
