Historical AR Balance shows users the balances in Accounts Receivable for every past transactions 'as at' a specified date. This report also includes credit terms and limit for every customer name, helping users to easily monitor customers balances irrespective of it being debit or credit balances. The balances counts all the way back when the customer initially started transactions with user company.

• Customer > Query / Reports > Historical AR Balance
• Select a PC Center.
• Enter a 'Balance As At' (the date of which you want the report period to display)
• Click 'Get Report'.
• As can be seen:
• Name - Click 'View AR' and be redirected to AR Txn.
• Phone number
• Debit / Credit Balances
• Credit limit - Amount the customer is allowed to be in debt.
• Credit terms - Period (in days) the credit can be outstanding.
