FullScreen Cashsale for Points Reward and Redemption[MIGRATED]

  • Trading > Transaction > FullScreen Cashsale
  • Full screen cashsale is useful for cashier as it has a wide layout with all the information needed. Users use it to settle customer payments with cash, credit card, cheque etc.
  • The layout of the full screen cashsale is as below.

  • Click on 'ACCOUNT' to select a customer. The fuzzy search screen will appear.
  • Enter a keyword and click 'Search'. The keyword can be the customer name, phone number, card number etc.

  • Click on the card number to select. The card number and balance points will be shown. If users click on the account name, the system will assume that the customer does not have a member card, so the reward and redeem function will not be available.

  • Click 'ITEM (SEARCH)' to add item to the cashsale. A fuzzy search screen will appear.
  • Enter a keyword to look for the item. Click 'Submit'.
  • A list of items that match the search will appear. The reward and redeem points is listed in red color text.
  • Click on an item code to select.

  • A new screen to add the item details will appear.
  • Enter the quantity of the item.
  • User will able to see the reward and redeem points at the bottom of the screen. 
    • For reward, no need to click on the 'Reward' button, the system will automatically select it.
    • For redeem, users need to click on the 'Redeem' button, the system will reset the item price accordingly.
    • The selected option will be highlighted in green.
  • Click 'Submit'.

  • The item selected will appear on the cashsale screen. The reward and redeem points will be listed under the respective column.
  • Finally, enter the payment amount. Payment with cash and credit card can be directly entered on the screen.
  • Click 'Other' to settle the payment if customer pays with cheque or coupon.
  • Click 'Submit' after entering the required details.

  • If customer settle his or her payment with 2 different credit cards, click on 'Add Card Payment' to enter the second card details.
  • Check the amount on the summary field, click 'Confirm & Save' if it is correct.
  • The 'Confirm & Save' button can only be clicked after the payment is settled.
