- Orders that are in the process of creating and editing will be locked by the system. Each order only allowed 1 user to access it at the same time.
- Orders that have been locked are not accessible by user.
- If users do not exit the create new order page or edit order page with the normal procedure. The order will also be locked. Normal procedure will be either create and save or cancel in the new order page and save changes in the edit order page.
- Example of situation that an order will be locked:
- Close the EMP webpage after finish editing an order without saving the changes.
- Logout the EMP server in the middle of creating an order
- All orders that are locked will be listed here.
- Click on the respective order number to view the order details and order history.
- Click 'Remove' to remove the lock so that user is able to edit the order or recycle the order.
