Migrated to http://wavelet.asia/customer-portal/2011/02/25/create-rma/- Trading > RMA > Create RMA
- This function allows the users to create a RMA from a Service Note.
- Enter a Supplier PKID. If users do not know the PKID of the supplier, user can click 'Select' to look in the Fuzzy Search.
- Click 'Submit'. The Processed SRV will be be listed. Note that only SRV with the status 'TESTED' can create a RMA.
- Tick on the checkbox in the last column to select a Service Note. Click 'Create RMA'.
- A pop-up box will appear asking "Are you SURE you want to create the RMA?". Click 'OK'.
- The Created RMA will be listed in Previously created RMA section.
