  • Trading > RMA > Create RMA
  • This function allows the users to create a RMA from a Service Note.
  • Enter a Supplier PKID. If users do not know the PKID of the supplier, user can click 'Select' to look in the Fuzzy Search.
  • Click 'Submit'. The Processed SRV will be be listed. Note that only SRV with the status 'TESTED' can create a RMA.
  • Tick on the checkbox in the last column to select a Service Note. Click 'Create RMA'.
  • A pop-up box will appear asking "Are you SURE you want to create the RMA?". Click 'OK'.

  • The Created RMA will be listed in Previously created RMA section.
