Create / Edit Lot[MIGRATED]

Enter a Lot Number and click 'submit'. If the Lot Number does not exist, you will be re-directed to create a new Lot. Enter the Name of the Lot, you can give a description to the Lot. Fill in the Location, Sub-Location and Permit No. for the Lot. Enter the Date In, the date that the Lot has been started to use. Select an option for the Rental Due Date. Fill in the Packing details: Outer - One quantity would normally equals to 192 units (1 crate) Inside - One quantity would normally equals to 24 units (1 carton) Inner - One quantity would normally equals to 6 units Inner Most - One quantity would normally equals to 1 unit Weight / Volume / Size - For items that have different weight / volume /size Enter the Opening Quantity, Price and Other Details. The red fields are compulsory fields that must be filled, after that click on 'Create Now', a confirmation page for creating a new Lot will appear. If the Lot Number does exist, you will be re-directed to edit the respective Lot. Edit the respective details, the fields are almost the same as the Create Lot. Then click on 'Save Changes'.
