To add or edit users
Go to SYSTEM ADMIN > (Manage Users) Add / Edit Users
To add or remove roles
Go to SYSTEM ADMIN > (Manage Users) Add / Remove Roles
To remove created roles, check the box on the right of the preferred role to be removed and click "Remove Role Now".
To configure Role permissions
Go to SYSTEM ADMIN > (Manage Users) Role Permissions
As each organization differs from one to another in the roles and responsibilities delegated to their employees, there is no rule of the thumb as to how role permissions should be configured. However, you may choose to download the attachment here for references.

| UserName | Key in preferred username (non capital) |
| Password | Key in preferred password (non capital) |
| First Name | First name of the user |
| Last Name | Last name of the user |
| Role Name | Drop down list of created roles |
| Default Branch | Default branch for this user |
