MIGRATED TO http://wavelet.asia/customer-portal/2011/02/28/customer-drop-down-list/ Configuring the drop down list is to create your own options you would like to display as 'Customer Type'. For example: - For Personal customers:
- Age group - 20 to 30 years old, 40 to 50 years old, etc.
- Race - Chinese, Indian, Malay, Others
- For Corporate clients:
- Customer > Maintenance > Drop Down List
- Select Category of 'Customer Type'.
- Sort Code - Sort the options in the list in sequence. Enter 1 if the item is to be displayed on top of the list and 2 for the 2nd item.
- Code - The name to appear in the list (in certain places).
- Content - The name to appear in the list.
- Description - Describe the item.
- Click 'Add Item'.
- To view the items already in the list, select 'Customer Type' and click 'Get List'.
- You are then allowed to edit or delete the items by clicking the Actions on the right.
