 Daily Receipt Summary 1. Select 'All Branches' or a Branch.
2. Choose a user of who received the cash / cheque / credit card payment.
3. Enter date range From and To Date.
 Receipts from Invoice Settlement or Receipt Vouchers will appear in this report. Managers can how much users have received on a daily a basis and in what form. Hence, managers can vouch the information on this report to the receipts from each user. Example:
  • Cash
  • Cheque
  • Cheque Charges
  • Post-Dated Cheque
  • Credit Card
  • Credit Card charges
  • Card Surcharge
  • Other / Contra (deduct from cashbook)
  • Open balance / Deposit
  • Total Collection

Sometimes, management would like to take a detailed view on the collections, from cash sales to deposit and payment for credit sales are listed here. With separate columns on cash, cheques, post dated cheques and credit cards, managers will be able to get a firm grasp of the cash flow for the company. Users can drill down to individual Official Receipt, and trace the invoices accordingly through the user friendly interface.

This report is useful when it comes to inspecting your credit card receipts at the end of the day. Normal operating standards would require you to vouch the credit card receipts against this report. This check helps you deter fraud and errors in a way that, if :
  • credit card sales entered in EMP, but no receipt printed from the machine to verify the sales - the cashier did not swipe credit card.
  • the amount entered in EMP different from credit card receipt.
  • payment mode entered in EMP is via credit card, but actually the customer paid by cash and vice versa.
 Collection with Invoice Aging1. Select Branch or All Branches.
2. Enter Date Range - From and To.
3. Choose a Salesman name from the drop-down list. Remember to tick the check box.
4. Click 'Generate report Now'.
Certain companies reward their salesmen according to how fast they manage to collect from their customers. If the salesman collect faster, they get rewarded better. This report shows all the collections within a period of time, and analyze each of the collection, to compute the corresponding age of the collection based on the invoice dates.

Basically, this report does NOT show invoices which are not settled but only invoices which have been fully / partially settled. You should see Transaction Aging Analysis (as above) for outstanding invoices.

Please be aware that, the columns in this report, segregating eg. 0-30 days, 31-60 days are not how long the invoices have been outstanding. Instead they show how long the payment took to settle the invoice.
  • Salesman Total - The Total Amount collected from each Salesman.
  • Dealer Type Subtotal - Total Amount for customers with the same Dealer Code.
  • Invoice Amount - How much is billed to customer.
  • Rct (Invoice Amount column) - How much is paid for the corresponding invoice.
  • Invoice Balance = Invoice Amount - Rct (Invoice Amount column)
  • Account Subtotal - Total amount Outstanding for that customer.
  • All payment modes, eg. cash, credit card, cheque are included here.
Collection with Invoice Aging By Month Report
1. Select Branch.
2. Select date range of receipts and invoices.
3. Optionally, check the salesman checkbox and select a salesman to restrict results to documents belonging to that salesman only.
4. Click Submit.
This report returns all collections made within the stipulated date range and branch, broken down by salesperson and includes account aging.M
