- This function is useful when customers want to redeem points for their third party loyalty card.
- Enter the required details, click 'Submit'.
- There are a few options that user can select under the Action field:
- Print - print the Invoice
- Not Awarded - once click on 'Not Awarded', the order will not appear in the Not Awarded list again
- Award - each order can redeem the points only once
- Invalid - due to card problem, for example the card number is incorrect
