Add / Edit Users [MIGRATED]

To add a new user so that he/she can have access to the company's system or edit information of existing users:
  • System Admin > Manage Users > Add/Edit Users.
  • ** Only active users can log in and Add/Edit Users.
  • Enter a user name and password of the new user.
  • Next, enter the first and last name.
  • Select a 'Role Name' and 'Default Branch'.
  • Click 'Add Now'.

  • A list users will appear below.
  • Click on the 'Edit' button on the right to edit the password, names, role, status (active/in-active) or branch of the selected user.
  • Then click 'Update'.
  • To see only the in-active users from the list, click 'In-active Users' at the top-right corner.
