1) When stock balance (taken from Stock Availability Report or other stock balance report) does not tally with the latest stock movement report (INVENTORY -> STOCK MOVEMENT)
     * Click INVENTORY -> STOCK BALANCE CHECKING
    a) Possible cause:
        i) Users might have created a back dated transaction (causing the stock movement to show negative quantity at a certain date)
ii) Users might have created a future dated transaction (causing the stock movement to be different from stock balance reports).
    b) Recommended steps:
        i) Click INVENTORY -> STOCK MOVEMENT, then sort the report by CREATION TIME, then you should be able to see the stock movement does not show negative quantity
ii) Click INVENTORY -> STOCK MOVEMENT, and then fill in the dates from TODAY's date to 9999-12-31 to see if there's any stock movement.
    c) Failing which, please contact Wavelet Support team, there might be a problem with the stock card (duplicated stock bucket), which could be fixed through SQL stored procedure.

2) When stock balance report is showing negative quantity
    * Click INVENTORY -> STOCK BALANCE CHECKING
    a) Repeat the steps in (1), and if you still cannot find the error by observing INVENTORY -> STOCK MOVEMENT, then contact the Wavelet support team to check for stock card problem (duplicated stock bucket).
